1. What kind of non-synthetic oil do you use?
We use Mobile blend, Castrol, or other name brand oil available to us for bulk purchase. We use only name brand oil.

2. Can I supply my own oil so I'm sure I'm not mixing brands? I like the brand I use now?
Sure you can. If you supply the oil and the filter we will charge you $15/- If you supply only the oil we will supply the oil filter and charge you $20.00.

3. I couldn't find you listed in the Better Business Bureau. Why not? What other credentials do you have?
We need to be in business for three years before we can get listed. We will get it as soon as we can. We are registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumers Services.

4. What type of insurance do you carry?
We have Million Dollar auto garage insurance as well as a general liability insurance of another million Dollar.

5. What if a band that secures my air filter breaks due to corrosion? Is that at my expense, and can you get a new band?
If we see wear or rust on fixtures, we will inform you of it and explain that it may snap and get your permission to go ahead with the change. We will do our best to ensure that we change without snapping bands but if anything should give way we will replace the same at your expense for spares and labor.

6. What if I notice a small pool of oil under my car the next day, and I haven't driven it since the oil change?
Sometimes while changing the oil filter (depending on the location) a little oil will lodge on the chassis or on the shield and will drip to the ground. We wipe the entire area as best as we can but have found fluids have a mind their own and lodge in strange places. We always recommend that you report any unusual oil drops so we can ascertain the reason for the drops. If it is a defective filter we will change it free of cost and also remove any oil stains on your garage or driveway.

7. The oil you used look so clear, I am used to seeing BLACK oil. Why the difference in color?
Great question. After changing oil if the oil on the dipstick is black oil it is not a good sign, it shows soot in the oil which means the oil was not drained well. New oil color could range from clear to deep amber depending on the brand.

8. Do you also check my power steering and transmission levels? If they are low, do you add more?
We check all fluid levels and top them off. When it comes to transmission oil if it is very low we will recommend you take to your mechanic or our mechanic in the area to figure out why it is low. Just topping it off is not recommended,

9. If I need a new battery and ask you in advance, will you install it for m me?
Yes, if you inform us in advance we will supply and install a new battery.
